You must not share your username or password with any third party. maju36 recommends enabling two-factor authentication. You must notify maju36 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account. maju36 is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
maju36 may at any time request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation, including but not limited to a copy of your national identity card (MyKad), passport, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.
maju36 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Connect. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). maju36 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
Minimum deposit is RM 30. maju36 does not impose deposit processing fees. Funds deposited are credited to your Account upon confirmed receipt by maju36's payment processor. maju36 is not responsible for delays caused by your financial institution or e-wallet provider.
Withdrawals may be requested at any time subject to: (a) Account verification being complete; (b) all Bonus wagering requirements being fulfilled; (c) no outstanding security review being in progress. maju36 targets processing of withdrawal requests within 10 minutes for verified accounts using e-wallet methods. maju36 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawals above RM 5,000, which may extend processing time. All Account balances, bets, winnings, and promotions are denominated exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit. maju36 does not use internal token currencies or credit systems distinct from MYR values.
All bets placed on the maju36 Platform are subject to the specific game or sport rules published within the relevant section of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between general Terms & Conditions and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail. maju36 reserves the right to void any bet that is placed: (a) on an event where the outcome was already known; (b) as a result of a technical error; (c) in breach of these Terms & Conditions; or (d) as part of a fraudulent or collusive betting pattern. Voided bets are returned to the Player's Account balance at the staked amount.
maju36 offers promotional bonuses from time to time subject to individual promotion terms. All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement that will be specified at the time of the offer. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered at least 30 times before any withdrawal is permitted. maju36 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Multiple accounts claiming the same promotional offer will result in all accounts involved being suspended. Bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, matched betting with bonus funds, collusion, and arbitrage exploitation — constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

maju36 reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any Account suspected of prohibited conduct and to retain Funds pending investigation. Confirmed cases of fraud or money laundering will be reported to relevant authorities.
All content on the maju36 Platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, trademarks, logos, game interfaces, and data — is the proprietary property of maju36 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written consent from maju36.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, maju36 shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform; (b) loss of profits, data, or gaming opportunities arising from Platform downtime or technical errors; (c) any third-party content, services, or websites linked from the Platform; or (d) delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers. maju36's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by maju36's negligence.
maju36 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — where a Player has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent conduct, or where continued operation of the Account poses a regulatory or reputational risk to maju36. Upon lawful termination, any bonuses are forfeited; genuine player deposits and legitimate winnings will be returned subject to completion of KYC verification and applicable withdrawal procedures. Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting maju36 support via live chat. Requests for self-exclusion are processed as Responsible Gaming closures and are subject to the terms described in Section 11.
